Yeah. In order for caregivers to ride at discounted fares for persons with disabilities, it is necessary to present a certificate of the physically handicapped, a nursing notebook (love notebook), a fare discount certificate, etc.
※This is because special welfare tickets (welfare passes) are also issued to people with disabilities who are not eligible for discounts, such as mentally ill persons.
