Which is better for the senior pass of the municipal bus or the special ride certificate for the elderly?

This is a special ticket for the elderly.
The Senior Pass is a municipal bus commuter pass that can be purchased by anyone over the age of 65. The Keiro Special Ride Certificate is only for those aged 70 or older who live in Yokohama City, and can be used on municipal buses and municipal subways as well as buses operated by private businesses in the city.
