Business indicators based on water supply business guidelines

Established in January 2005 by the Japan Water Works Association (Public Corporation), which is made up of water supply business related organizations nationwide, with the aim of improving management efficiency, ensuring transparency in business management, and improving the service level of the Japanese water supply business. It is a standard applied to water utilities nationwide. It was revised in March 2016.
