Authority of 2 National Personnel Commission
National Personnel Commission is set up as neutral and specialized personnel affairs organization, and authority is prescribed by law, and there is the following mainly
- Investigate matter about personnel administration.
- You report whether salary list is suitable, and recommend when the increase and decrease of the amount of salary is necessary.
- Urge about measures that you should take measures about other duty conditions for salary, working hours.
- Competitive examination of the staff, thing about selection.
- You judge in query, row about measures demand about duty condition of the staff and disadvantageous disposal for the staff and give a decision.
