Metropolitan Institution Forum in Tsurumi Ward (April 22, 2017)

Yokohama is promoting initiatives to realize a new metropolis system called "Special Autonomous City" with authority and financial resources appropriate for large cities in order to grow vigorously toward the future.
We talk about approach for the future of Yokohama and the effects of the realization of "special self-government city" in an easy-to-understand manner.
