1. Job description
- (1) Consultation and advice to elementary school student students and parents
- (2) Assessment of elementary school student students and consultation for staff
- (3) Information sharing and advice on the school Education Counseling system
- (4) Participation in school case meetings and bullying prevention committees upon request
- (5) Training on psychology, etc.
- (6) In addition, what is deemed necessary by the Education General Consultation Center
- ※In the event of a large-scale disaster, you may be required to engage in auxiliary work for disaster response (only during working hours).
2 Application requirements
- Those who meet the following conditions
- (1) Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16, etc. of the Local Public Service Act
- ※Please confirm the reason for disqualification in the application form.
- (2) As of April 1, 2025, those who have psychological qualifications such as clinical psychologists, certified psychologists, school psychologists, etc.
- (3) It is desirable to have consultation experience at educational institutions, etc.
3 Number of applicants

4 Working conditions and compensation
- (1) Appointment period: From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
- ※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering (up to 4 times).
(2) Working hours: From 8:45 am to 5:15 pm (including 1 hour break)
(3) Working days: Working 4 days a week on weekdays (excluding New Year holidays and public holidays) ※The working days will be adjusted after the pass is determined. - (4) Work location: Education General Consultation Center
- ※I will work in one of the following locations. You can't choose where to work.
- ・Yokohama City Hall (6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
- ・Yokohama Hanasaki Building (6-145 Hanasakicho, Nishi-ku, Yokohama)
- (5) Compensation: ¥290,400 per month (planned amount as of November 2024) (paid this month, 21st of every month)
- ※The amount of remuneration is subject to change due to system revisions. In addition, it may be revised during the appointment period.
- ※End-of-term, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately according to Yokohama City standards.

6 Selection

- (2) Notification of selection results
- The results of the secondary selection will be notified by mail after late January 2025, regardless of pass or fail.
7 Others
(1) The submitted documents and the personal information described therein will be used only for the purpose of this recruitment and recruitment, and will be discarded promptly after the expiration of the storage period of the documents as administrative documents. However, the personal information of the hired person shall be used for employment management during the appointment period, and after the appointment is completed, it will be discarded immediately after the expiration of the retention period.
(2) Recruitment candidates will be asked to consult physical checkup. Details will be announced separately.
(3) The recruitment of appointment staff for this fiscal year will be effective with the establishment of the budget for FY2025, so working conditions and remuneration may be changed.
