1. Job description
(1)Guidance and advice to counselors and advice to school education offices and schools
(2)Advice on hiring counselors and formulation and implementation of human resource development plans
(3)Formulation of operational plans for the preparation and utilization of business manuals and systems
(4)Coordinating coordination with related organizations and strengthening cooperation
(5)Conduct training for staff
(6)Guidance on agreements such as practical training from universities, etc.
(7)Surveys and statistics on information collection and dissemination of countries and the use of counselors, etc.
(8)In addition, those deemed necessary by the superintendent of education
※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
2 Application requirements
(1)A person who has the qualification of a certified psychologist or a clinical psychologist pertaining to the certification of the Japan Clinical Psychologist Qualification Association
(2)Those who have experience in consulting at educational institutions
(3)Those who have the job of a university professor in psychology or who have the same knowledge, skills, and experience in activities.
(4)Recognizing that students are familiar with universities and organizations that specialize in counseling, and that they can work with these institutions to improve the expertise of counselors.

4 Working conditions and compensation
(1)Appointment period: April 1, 2015-March 31, 2018
※If a job with the same job content is set up after the end of the above appointment period, and the results of the proof of competence are good, the Company shall apply
You may be re-appointed regardless of the public offering. (up to 4 times)
(2)Working hours: 8:45 am to 5:15 pm (including 1 hour break time)
(3)Working days: Work four days a week, excluding weekends, holidays, and closed days
(4)Work location: Education General Consultation Center / School Education Offices by Area
(5)Salary: ¥311,500 per month
※The amount of compensation is the estimated amount as of November 2024. Subject to change due to system revision etc. Revisions during the appointment period

※End-of-term, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately according to Yokohama City standards.
(6)Holiday: Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.
(7)Social insurance: Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

6 Selection Method
Primary selection: Document selection (mid-to-late December 1996)
