We fix our eyes on outbreak of Nankai Trough massive earthquake and capital earthquake directly above the focus, and Nagoya-shi Waterworks and Sewerage Bureau concludes "agreements about mutual support in emergency such as earthquakes" with City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau for improvement of anti-stress at the time of disaster as follows. Both cities built collaborative relationship that they comprised for disaster based on memorandum between big city water supply business entities of the whole country and memorandum of fueling at the time of disaster between two cities until now.
