We perform musical led by citizen chosen by open call for participants publicly under the cosponsorship with executive committees as commemorative project in Yokohama citizen musical performance for modern water supply foundation 130 years. From Water Works Bureau, materials and short story documentary film at the time of the modern water supply foundation perform offers of scenario of "portrait of aqua".
