We carried out various commemorative projects that Yokohama-shi purchased the forest in Doshi-mura, Yamanashi in Yokohama-shi in 1916 (Taisho 5) in last year and memorialized what we invited 100 years to after beginning management, maintenance as "way will forest at the head of a river", and to have customer know water source, Doshimura.
This "way will forest at the head of a river 100 years commemorative project" was chosen as "2017 water supply innovation prize" [special prize] that nonprofit foundation JAPAN WATER WORKS ASSOCIATION enforced.
