There are a lot of things of Yokohama origin, but water supply is one, too. Modern water supply that water supply of Yokohama is the first in Japan ※We did this, and water supply was started for (1887) ten a year 17 days a month in 1887 and greatly contributed to development of the next city. We perform extension works after the foundation for about 130 years and build current water supply, and maintenance is doing duct line more than water purification plant and 9,000km every day to stably still supply with water.
Come to venue by all means as you display photograph or model at the time of the foundation especially on October 17 that is memorial day of the foundation 129th year.
