Current water supply system becomes thing needing enormous energy and medicines.
In redevelopment of Kawai water purification plant, we adopted in combination film filtration method that was the tip clean water technology and difference in elevation energy from water source to water purification plant. In addition, we secured the good Haramizu quality of the water and quantity of water by maintenance activity of forest at the head of a river for about 100 years in Doshi-mura, Yamanashi.
We reduced energy and medicine to use and reduced maintenance cost and environmental load, and it was appreciated by these approaches that we realized sustainable water supply system, and it was this receiving a prize.
