[Press Release] International certification for safe and secure town development! We hold "Sakae Safe Community Forum"

Sakae Ward received an international certification "Safe Community" certification in October 2013 for its efforts to create safe and secure towns. Safe Community is an international certification recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) that has been promoted. About 390 cities around the world and 14 cities in Japan have been certified, and Sakae Ward is the only administrative district to obtain certification. In October 2018, five years have passed since the acquisition of certification, we acquired recertification.
This time, we will hold the Sakae Safe Community Forum to express our gratitude to the inhabitants of the ward who are active in the area on a daily basis and to have a wide range of generations know safe communities.
