By introducing personal number (my number) in social security, tax, three fields of anti-disaster measures, my number system is administrative efficiency, improvement of convenience of people, fairness, system to aim at fair social realization.

My number is 12 digits of numbers only for the person whom all (foreigner is included.) each one with resident certificate has in Japan.
