Meeting all of the following conditions:
(1)Those who have been registered in the list of qualified persons for general competitive bidding (articles, consignment, etc.) in the second year of Reiwa, the event "Printed material planning design", detailed "A printed matter planning design", and event "Advertisement"・ There must be registration of both "B Newspaper and Magazine". Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the application is being made at the time of submitting the application form for participation in the event determined to correspond to the contract, and the registration is expected to be completed by the day before the specific date of the contract candidate.
