Those who have qualifications to participate must meet all of the conditions described in "3 Proposal Qualifications" in the "Proposal Creation Guidelines".

1 Date and time of implementation
　　One day is scheduled from Thursday, April 22, 2021 to Wednesday, April 28, one day.
　　Details will be announced separately.

2 Attendees
　　3 or less (in principle, please attend the meeting of the general manager and person in charge.)

3 Time required
　　Explanation time is assumed to be about 15 minutes per person. A separate question and answer session will be held.

(Caution)
　If the submission deadline has passed, we will not accept it. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the delivery company's reason, it will be accepted with the proof.

On Wednesday, March 31, 2021 (planned), we will respond to all organizations that have been qualified for proposal.

・We will confirm the proposal qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal and notify the results of the proposal qualification confirmation regardless of whether or not they are qualified.
　If you are confirmed that you are eligible for a proposal, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
・By Wednesday, March 24, 2021, we will notify you by e-mail.

Stop conditions
This agreement is subject to suspension that the Yokohama City Budget for FY2021 will be resolved by the Yokohama City Council.
