Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission
- We will confirm the eligibility of the applicant's intention to participate, and notify the participation qualification confirmation result notice (Attachment 1) by e-mail on Monday, March 23, 2020, regardless of whether or not they are eligible. If it is confirmed that you are eligible to participate, you will also send a proposal-related document submission request form (Attachment 2) by e-mail.
- Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for participation may request a written explanation of the reason. In addition, please submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:15 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent participation qualification confirmation result notice. .
- When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days excluding city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi received document.
