(1)Being listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participation Qualification List at the time of submission of the application form. Or, in the case where it is not listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List, it is being applied at the time of submitting the application form, and the registration is expected to be completed by the date identifying the contract candidate thing .
(2)(1)In the list, the registered event must be listed as "event planning and operation", "various survey planning" or "other consignment etc." Alternatively, the registration is expected to be completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified.
