(1) Registration must be approved in "Details A: Software Development / Renovation" of "Computer Business (316)" in the Reiwa Moto / 2 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) .
(2) Being a person listed in Yokohama City Contract Regulations Article 3, Paragraph 1 and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(3) Being a person who has not received the general competition participation suspension and nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination stoppage on any day between the bid participation application submission deadline to the date of bid opening.
