Purpose of Designated Administrator System

Regarding the management and operation of "public facilities", utilizing the private sector's ability to respond effectively and efficiently to diversifying citizen needs due to a partial revision of the Local Autonomy Law in June 2003. Designated manager system was introduced to plan improvement of citizen service and reduction of expense.
This time, we will recruit businesses widely on the selection of a designated manager who will manage and operate from April 2020.
