  • About crisis-related authorized guarantee, we started receptionist of "Web certification application" by the Internet on May 25.
  • About validity of authorized book, we perform extension by mild measures. About authorized book issued between January 29, 2020 and July 31, it becomes effective until "August 31, 2020" regardless of validity listed in authorized book.

Flow (outline) of application

  1. We confirm important matter of application and prepare for required documents (attached documents)
  2. We make account and log in to application screen (there is Web application entrance below.)
  3. We input application information and we upload required documents and apply
  4. We receive email of application completion
  5. We receive email of examination completion (after the application completion around 1-2 business days)
  6. In authorized venue after the identity verification authorized book receipt (take business card, driver's license, health insurance card, my number card)

We accept reservation given priority of certification application reception desk. Apply from reservation form.
We take first priority if you can come to reception desk in time of reserved frame and guide in window.
Please order "arrival number" made the screen display after the reservation at reception desk.
In addition, we hope that we write down date and time when we made a reservation before application transmission by all means.
In addition, come to window directly as on the day receptionist goes when reservation on date you like is buried.

※Safety net guarantee 4 authorization and Paragraph 6 (crisis-related guarantee) authorization apply. We do not accept safety net guarantee 5 authorization.
※You have sales amount check fill in financial institution name and branch manager name, and you seal, and please submit branch manager mark or Oshikiri mark.
  Licensed tax accountant marks are pushed things, but please be careful as branch manager mark or Oshikiri mark is necessary by all means.
