For company which sales of 20% or more decrease due to new coronavirus infectious disease from a year earlier and wish to receive in early stage of subsidy,
A half of grant decision amount of money is paid by payment by rough estimate with subsidy grant decision immediately.

About issuance procedure of 3 "sales decrease confirmation"
※We can substitute safety net guarantee 4 or company having authorized book of crisis-related guarantee by copying of the authorization book.
(when, in the crisis-related guarantee, sales decrease from a year earlier more than 20%)
(1) Issuance requirements
Any monthly sales amount after February, 2020 decreasing in the previous year more than 20% in comparison with the same month.
※Decreasing more than 20% in comparison with arbitrary 3-month sales amount average to continue until the previous month in month when arbitrary monthly sales amount after February, 2020 applies after the founding in the company within founding one year.
※When monthly tightening day is not from 1st to 30th, please do with sales amount of one month (e.g., from January 20 to February 19, from March 5 to April 4) when you accepted on tightening day.
※"Small company lasts, and grant of subsidy" is not decided by issuance of this confirmation.
