ESCO Business Proposal Review Results (Updated on October 30, 2019)

　When soliciting proposals for the Municipal Central Library ESCO business, we received proposals from three groups.
　Based on the fair and objective evaluation of the ESCO Business Proposal Review Committee, the best proposers and best proposers were selected as follows.
