Acquire the certification of the plan for the Act on Promotion of Seismic Retrofitting of Buildings (hereinafter referred to as the "Seismic Retrofitting Promotion Law") for buildings and condominiums that were built under the old seismic standards before 1981. We perform earthquake-resistant repair and issue "certificate of completion of earthquake-resistant repair" and "seismic retrofitting certificate display board (plate)" for building which passed inspection of city.
The issued “Seismic Retrofitting Certificate Display Board (plate)” to a location that is easy for users of the building to see so that users of the building can use it with peace of mind.

Buildings that meet the following requirements

• Those that were built after receiving confirmation before May 31, 1981
• Buildings subject to seismic diagnosis obligations, buildings stipulated in Article 14 of the Act on Promotion of Seismic Retrofitting, etc.
• Authorization of "plan for seismic retrofitting of buildings" based on Article 17, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Promotion of Seismic Retrofitting of BuildingsThose that have undergone seismic retrofitting, and passed the city's inspection
