Usage Guide
There is an exhibition space for Asahi Ward residents on the first floor of the Asahi Ward government office.
Works such as paintings, calligraphy, and photographs can be exhibited. The venue fee is free of charge.
In principle, it cannot be used for announcements of music activities (announcements with sound). In addition, it is not possible to display for profit or business purposes or recruitment of members.
You can use it up to twice a year by groups and individuals within Asahi Ward.
Period of use
The service period is, in principle, one week from Monday to the following Monday.
Please carry in from 16:00 to 17:00 on Monday, and carry out carry it out by 16:00 on Monday of the following week.
In addition, the user is responsible for carrying in and out, patrol and monitoring during the period.
Application method
Applications can be accepted at Asahi Ward Office Regional Promotion Division window (22nd window) using the application form. Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance.
Example: If you apply on October 31, until the end of October of the following year. If you apply on November 1, you can make a reservation by the end of November of the following year.
