Notification of out-of-area study

elementary school studenｔ students with resident registration in Aoba Ward are also accepted by mail when they enter private, prefectural, or national elementary and junior high schools.
(International schools and various schools are not subject to this notification.)
１．Application method
- Application Form (PDF: 102KB)Download and write required items in the parent (applicant) field and the thick frame.
(In Phone number, be sure to enter a number that can be reached during the day. If you have any questions, we may contact you.

- You will need the original documents (notice of acceptance) that indicate that you have been approved for enrollment, such as a “entrance letter” from the school you plan to attend, is required.
Please attach it to the application form and mail it.
