・About examining suggestion content to lead to local contribution more, it promoted in each company while showing originality of company toward future utilization.

<directionality of utilization>
・Other than the use that architecture is accepted in first-class low-rise building exclusive residential district, Building Standard Act Article 48 permission becomes premise, and it is necessary to grasp enough procedure, requirements such as the permission, but decides to examine utilization by open call for participants widely because we were able to confirm utilization possibility of long-term land, building by education relations company.
