Duty condition


(1) From period of employment April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019

           (update is possible to four times by unit in the year)

(2) Working hours 30 hours a week (we adjust separately at day, time)

(3) Monthly basis reward 128,300 yen ※For other commutation allowance equivalency for term-end allowance equivalency

(4) Vacation     Annual vacation

(5) There are social insurance employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance, employee health insurance

Eligibility requirements for an examination


Person who satisfies all next

(1) Person who receives grant of mental patient health welfare notebook
(2) Person who was born after April 2, 1953

Notice matter after adoption


Which does not register the use with working support engines, please register the use by each person before principle employment former work ground training so that support from working support engines is received after adoption selection pass.

6 Application method

      We do not do at all. But we use personal information of adopter as personnel affairs information.

 The first selection              Saturday, October 7

 The first selection pass announcement Friday, October 20 10:00 a.m.

 

 The second selection              Friday, November 3

 The second selection pass announcement Friday, November 17 10:00 a.m.

 

(1) Meeting place of the first selection and the second selection is the Yokohama-shi staff training center.

(2) Only passer notifies the first selection examinee of result in document.

(3) We notify the second selection examinee of result in document regardless of the results.

8 Selection contents

   Interview, practical skill (work that assortment or PC input of documents are necessary for duties accomplishment)

  ※The second selection is thing for the first selection passers.

9 Decision of passer

(1) Passer of the first selection is decided by result of the first selection (composition).

(2) Passer of the second selection is decided by result of as a result of the first selection and the second selection.

(3) When it is revealed there not being eligibility requirements for an examination or that the items mentioned of presentation documents are not right; go
  We cancel status.

10 Conduct of employment former work ground training

(1) Targeting at passers of the second selection, we carry out workplace training after assignment decision.

(2) This workplace training works on discovery of problem on setting to work and examination of the remedy.

(3) Transportation expenses are paid privately. Thank you for your understanding beforehand.
