  2 chairpersons represent meeting, and the Prime Minister does kaimu.
  3 chairpersons must notify committee of place and deliberation matter in date of the meeting within three days before meeting of meeting. But it is not this limit when there is unavoidable reason.

Article 43 We handle general affairs of meeting in Health and Social Welfare Bureau.
(commission to affect meeting)
Article 44 Chairperson consults with meeting about necessary matter about administration of meeting and, other than thing to fix for this rule, establishes.

  The mayor calls meeting of the first meeting after the enforcement of these 5 rules.
