☆1.What is "koiku teribuin?" (summary of system)

  
     So that child care household enters "koiku teribuin" in peace, child including house and environment 
   Yokohama-shi authorizes considered private existing house to bring up, by income condition of household, is house
   It is name of house supporting a part of the wage. 

  As characteristic of "koiku teribuin" ...

  ・Summary of house

  (1) Surrounding environment

    ・It is almost around 20 minutes to the pediatrics on foot

  (2) Main standard

    ・Structure: Steel reinforced concrete construction or steel frame steel reinforced concrete construction
   
    ・Floor space per one: 50 square meters - 75 square meters
   
    ・Going to bed room: More than two rooms
   
    ・Storage space: More than 6 legislation meters

☆2.Who can enter? (entering qualification)
   
     Child care household meeting all the next conditions can enter "koiku teribuin".

   (1) One that needs house to live by oneself.

   (2) There is child who is going to live together, and, of these, before elementary school completion at least one people (less than primary schoolchild)
      There be in this.

   (3) All the people who are going to live together being relatives within the second degree.
          (when there is living together reason including a certain support-related case and case to need care 6
           Application with relative within the degree of kinship and relative by marriage within the third degree is possible, too, but is no other than relative
       We remove application and living together relative with lodger unnaturally and cannot propose)

   (4) One of the one to enter is residence or to work in Yokohama-shi.

   (5) One that was listed in Basic Resident Register which said to the Law of the Basic Resident Registers (1967 law 81).

   (6) One without inhabitants tax delinquency.

   (7) One with less than 214,000 yen of amount of household monthly income. ※☆We refer to 4 (3) (5)

   (8) One or pipe that joint surety (one with income with more than 214,000 yen of income) is put up
      One that is available for the use of guarantee company which person of law of nature duties appoints.

☆4.How much are expense and rent necessary for entering?

    (rent and the amount of furtherance)

  (1) About contract rent
    With apartments neighboring with contract rent about house wage charges except security deposit and utility fee as for the price range
      It is equal degree.

  
(2) About security deposit and utility fee
     Other than resident burden (※ 1) security deposit (usually for three months of rent), monthly utility fee
   Necessary. (security deposit or utility fee do not become a target of the furtherance attention.)

  (3) About the rent furtherance and resident burden
     Household where is targeted for the rent furtherance,
            ●In household where child is before elementary school completion,
         ●Household with less than 214,000 yen of amount of household monthly income (※ 2)
    
When we meet both conditions of this. In such a household, country and Yokohama-shi are contract rent and nyu
    We support the balance with person from residence burden. Period of the furtherance of rent is up to six years, of the furtherance
    Division has type 1 and type 2, and the upper limit of grant is up to 40,000 yen / month.
 
  (※ 1) About resident burden
        It is decided by furtherance rate to set of contract rent according to the amount of household monthly income.
         Resident burden = contract rent - {contract rent X furtherance rate (40% or 25%)}

 
(※ 2) About the amount of household monthly income
         With the amount of household monthly income, it is fate and others in Income Tax Law from income amount of money (income) of all the one to enter
    We deduct a lot of reta subtraction and are sum that we divided by 12. (decimal cuts off)
         Amount of household monthly income = (income amount of money (annual sum) total - subtraction net total of all the residents) ÷ 12

             We save and may be different from household monthly income in entering qualification.

   

  (example 1) For contract rent 95,000 yen the amount of furtherance in case of type 1

      Amount of furtherance = 95,000 yen *40% = 38,000 yen

  (example 2) For contract rent 110,000 yen the amount of furtherance in case of type 1

      Amount of furtherance = 110,000 yen *40% = 44,000 yen
           (as we exceed this case, 40,000 yen, the amount of furtherance is 40,000 yen.)


  (4) About review of grant
     Resident burden performs review after the entering every year. It is calculation suruta in resident burden
   We submit predetermined documents about incomes every year in about June and, toward me, the resident, have
   masu. Based on these documents, it is resident burden until September of one year every year in the next year in October
   But, it is decided. In addition, it is summed up furtherance period when the amount of household monthly income exceeds 214,000 yen
   But, household which is targeted for the furtherance including case that child before elementary school completion disappeared when it is over six years
   When we do not appear, the rent furtherance disappears. In addition, when it is not targeted for the furtherance,
   The rent furtherance disappears, but rental contract can continue.
