Flow after grant application

  1. Examination of presentation documents
     We examine grant application documents which had you submit in Economic Affairs Bureau.
  2. The conclusion of contract
     Make contracts such as buying and selling, construction, rental contract after the next day of application presentation day (but contracting by day within three months from grant decision day, and concluding); do, and please submit copy of contract to Economic Affairs Bureau.
  3. Sending such as notices of grant decision
     We mail notice of grant decision or notice of non-grant decision from Economic Affairs Bureau.

  4. Conduct of pollution-related procedure
     To perform confirmation that appropriate procedure for pollution is performed,Pollution-related confirmationPlease make o. (procedure: Environmental Planning Bureau)

     As it may take 1-2 months in procedure by contents, please file with margin.
  5. Operation start
     After all payment is completed, and capital spending is completed, please start the operation by Thursday, December 28, 2017.
     When operation start becomes during from 29 to 31 on December, please talk early.
  6. Results report
     After the operation, please submit results report and required documents within one month.

  7. Initial charge to field work

  8. Decision, grant of grant amount of money

  9. The receipt of grant
     We transfer grant to account appointed with bill.
