We cooperate and work on "consumers damage prevention of elderly person"!
 


 Yokohama-shi distributes "help card" (smartphone version) which contact information of Yokohama-shi consumer life synthesis center was listed in in cooperation with NTT DOCOMO, KDDI CORPORATION, Softbank Corporation (we say "carrier" as follows.) and works on consumers damage before the fact prevention of elderly person.  


Process

 In late years, among consultation sent to Yokohama-shi consumer life synthesis center, consultation about (digital content) such as injustice request of adult site or dating site occupies the first place in all generations except 80s. Particularly, consultation about one-click request "that it is connected to adult site during operation such as smartphones without intending, and request screen of registration rate is displayed, and the same screen appears even if we put out even if we put out." does not cut off the back. In addition, we contact company, and example that has paid amount asked is put by jitters and confusion though the body does not remember that we are calm in elderly person who is not used to the use of smartphone when we fall into such situation without being able to judge.
 We aimed at improving such situation even a little and we got understanding of carrier which sold smartphone and cooperation and progressed to wrestle in "consumers damage prevention of elderly person".


Effective time

 Is going to distribute distribution start <sequentially from the middle of September, 2017; the number of sheets: 70,000 pieces (a year)>

Approach contents

 In city store of carrier, please distribute "help card" (smartphone version) for "person resident in the city that purchased smartphone newly 65 years or older".
