About former Hikarigaoka Elementary School ruins utilization

 It is intended that we clarify "feasibility of area needs" and "possibility of land utilization in designated urbanization areas" through hearing investigation by talks with private business person or public interest corporation about feasible local contribution with the measures to effectively utilize about land, building of former Hikarigaoka elementary school which became closing a school in April, 2011 mainly.
